A lovely relaxing weekend by the looks of it. Whats the new movie like ? I've not seen it yet

I spent yesterday relaxing with the Kiera Knightley version of Pride and Prejudice and my stitching, total bliss. For mothers day I'm planning the full version with Colin Firth (this is how I separate them lol ) and one of my Jane Austen patterns from you. I'm very excited..sad I know. lol.

I love that sampler!!! I remember the day Princess Diana got married. Gosh time flies.
Love your knitting too. Wish I could knit. I started it but when I miss a stitch I couldn't figure out to fix it. A coffee cozy is such a good idea and colors in both of your projects are very pretty!!!

I have this book in my basket to order. Did you like it? I have heard lots of good things about it. I recently discovered Elizabeth Edmondson who I really like. I am reading her first book The Frozen Lake which has just been reprinted. Have you read any of her books? Beware as The Villa In Italy will make you want to go there...lol.

@Ruth - That sounds like bliss to me. Enjoy!!

@Heidi - I'm not finished with the book yet but liking it so far. I had never heard of Mary Anning before - very interesting, this fossil/shell collecting.

I love your sampler Tanya. It seems like just yesterday I was curled up on my parents sofa watching the amazing wedding of Princess Diana. I love your knitting also. I love to relax with a ball of yarn and knitting needles too but since I am still a novice fixing my mistakes can be stressful...grins...so I will take cross-stitching and Jane Austen anyday.....
